  • MBA in HR, with 13-15 years of experience with 5-6 years in Business HR.
  • Proven experience in HRBP leadership roles, preferably within a multinational or large-scale organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Strategic partner to the sales department, understanding their needs and aligning HR strategies and initiatives accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership team to develop and implement effective manpower planning and understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent. This may involve sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process with the help of Talent Acquisition vertical.
  • Identify training needs within the sales team and develop training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge in coordination with Training vertical. This could include sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Drive performance management processes to assess and enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention within the sales function.
  • Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance and optimize HR processes.
