Responsibilities:

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients,
vendors, and team members.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments, teams, and
individuals to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for team members and
management.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and materials, and distribute relevant information
to participants in a timely manner.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records, documents, and files related to business activities,
projects, and transactions.

  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required by management,
ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Project Support:

  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, including organizing
project-related documents, tracking project progress, and updating project schedules.

  • Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence
to project objectives and deadlines.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
and addressing client inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and followup communications to ensure client
satisfaction and retention.

Administrative Support:

  • Support senior management with adhoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in business coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with
stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office
productivity tools.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing
competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
