Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Audit conversations generated by the AI text bot to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with predefined standards.
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in the AIgenerated conversations.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the development team for enhancing the performance of the AI text bot.
  • Develop and maintain documentation outlining audit procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Organize and categorize data collected from the audited conversations for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers, data scientists, and product managers to implement improvements based on audit findings.
  • Stay updated on advancements in conversational AI technologies and industry best practices.
  • Improve the bot performance to reduce number of assists and False Positives/Negatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, linguistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI, or computational linguistics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in NLP such as Python, R, or Java is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Prior experience in QA testing, data annotation, or linguistic analysis is a plus.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to conversational AI (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is advantageous.
