Schepper Metal Ceilings Private Limited is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering solutions that align with our product offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Provide feedback and insights to the management team to refine sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
Strong understanding of the metal ceilings market and related products is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
