Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist/Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts across the fashion, retail, real estate, and hospitality verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the dynamic needs of our diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the specific needs of the fashion, retail, real estate, and hospitality sectors.

● Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.

Sourcing and Attracting Talent:

● Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, recruitment agencies) to source and attract qualified candidates.

● Develop a strong employer brand to attract top talent across all verticals.

Candidate Screening and Selection:

● Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

● Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.

● Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stakeholder Management:

● Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

● Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.

Process Improvement:

● Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Reporting and Metrics:

● Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.).

● Provide regular updates to senior management on recruitment progress and challenges.

Compliance and Policies:

● Ensure recruitment practices comply with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

● Develop and maintain recruitment policies and procedures.

Key Competencies:

Leadership: Ability to lead the recruitment pipeline with various stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term recruitment strategies.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of different industry verticals.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in candidate assessments and reporting.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in fashion, retail, real estate, or hospitality industries is highly desirable.

Skills:

● Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

● Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
