• Deploy Lifion by ADP product in client environments, utilizing internal resources effectively
• Conduct comprehensive client implementations from start to finish independently
• Demonstrate expertise in US Payrolls, Benefits, Compensation, and Time modules
• Collaborate with product teams to recognize inefficiencies, address issues, and prioritize resolutions
• Engage with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback into our product roadmap
• Maintain a log of product and operational issues, providing status updates as per program requirements
• Act as the client specialist, interpreting their HR processes and requirements for product enhancement
• Assist in enhancing implementation processes, training methods, and tools for future use

• Demonstrated experience in managing full client lifecycle, from international implementation onwards
• Proficiency in operating within a dynamic startup-like environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and identify risks with effective mitigation strategies
• Passion for innovating and redefining industry standards
• Excellent communication and client interaction capabilities
• 3 to 12 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, particularly HCM solutions
• Preferably holds a degree in B Tech, MCA, or BCA with an MBA in IT from a well-recognized institution
• Prior exposure to international implementations, excluding the Middle East
