Responsibilities:

    Bulk Hiring is a must

  • Experience in
    Retail format hiring would be an added advantage
  • Build talent pipelines for store and other retail formats and execute on referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related discipline.
  • Recruiting/staffing experience in a corporate, professional services/consulting, or hightech industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in the use of G-Suite.
  • Previous experience of working with recruitment, ATS (applicant tracking system) or vacancy management systems e.g., Darwin Box, Taleo, Workday, etc.
  • Confident, tactful, resilient, and demonstrating high levels of integrity.
  • Driven, highly organized with the ability to identify and focus on priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing a variety of recruitment strategies to include cold calling and direct sourcing.
