You'llmake a difference by:

·You will beworking with tax professionals and will be specializing in India as well asoutbound cross border taxation.

·You will behandling taxes of Indian companies and permanent establishments outside India including.

oPreparation/ review of India direct taxes (returns, taxaccounting, etc.)

oLiaising forcompliances of India permanent establishment in the overseas jurisdictions

oAssist in taxaudits and transfer pricing compliances along with external tax advisors.

oReviewassessment notices, communicate with tax authorities, organize appeals, supportin, coordinate with external tax advisors.

·You will be working with the latest tax technology tools includingthose developed inhouse and be able to contribute to its development.

·You will be involved in identify tax saving opportunities, checkwithholding tax return process, approve withholding tax refunds, advise onrequirement of input from other functions (Finance, HR, Legal) and prepare taxrelated guidelines.

·You will consult and decide on the requisite delegation conceptsfrom a personal and corporate tax.

·Handling Accounting activities.

Yoursuccess is grounded in:

·You bringprofessional experience of at least 2-3 years and have an aptitude forproviding solutions to vexed tax issues.

·You should bea Chartered Accountant or any other qualified professional with relevant workexperience of minimum 2 years.

·You shouldpreferably have an all-round tax experience – corporate and internationaltaxes, transfer pricing.

·You are opento use technology as a primary driver to deliver tax solutions.

·Workingexperience with SAP would be useful.

·You are communicative, enjoy work responsibilities, fulfilcommitments and back your abilities to deliver in an uncertain external environment.
