  • Assist in solving complex issues such as functional numerate and/or technical issues using Prophet
  • Identify technical/IT issues
  • Software licensing assistance
  • Problem solving and assessment technical support to clients
  • Recommend customer training or consulting support where required


 Reporting
  • Create and analyze service desk reports to identify problems and areas for improvement and quality control in line with internally agreed OLAs and client SLAs
  • Monitoring tasks performed by team and providing feedback to team members to maintain and improve quality
  • Shift Management, goal setting, following up with team members to ensure that goals and objectives are met

What you bring:
(2-7 Yrs)Knowledge / Experience

  • Windows troubleshooting, Basic concepts of Azure and AWS.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server and other Databases
  • Knowledge of IT environments, hardware and technology (servers, networks, virtualization and cloud)
  • Basic understanding of firewalls, file server, file permission.
  • Experience with Microsoft Desktop and Server technologies.
  • Experience in leading or managing 24x7 Product/Application Support teams preferred
  • Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL a plus desirable
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science [honours or 2.1/high level degree] - or - one-year post-graduate actuarial experience and Master's Degree or higher in technology related field, or other relevant field of study, or the equivalent in education and experiences
