Travel Management (Taxis/
Hotels Nisas)

:

  • Managing flight bookings, liaising with travel agent.
  • Arranging taxies with support of agent for all the required cities.
  • Dealing with Airlines industry; make corporate tie up with Singapore Airlines & Vistara and other leading airlines for best deals.

Vendor
Management

:

  • Managing different vendors for any new office acquisition on rental basis, refurbishment (if required), lease/agreement management.
  • Managing Vendor for EPBX, Business card, letter head printing, carpet cleaning, white wash, Housekeeping, Newspapers, Courier Management (Log), electrical items like TV installation, Fire Alarm System, PA system, CCTV Camera, Printers & Stationaries, meeting Room VC and sound system.
  • Support HR in managing Attendance and access system.
Distributing access cards to employees and keeping ng a track of it.

  • Managing Airtel (PRI & broadband), Bharti Aspen, FCM for their invoices, payment, TDS etc and processing with accounts department.

:

  • Maintaining and preparing MIS on regular basis and share details ls as and when required. Presenting details and facts in the PPT/Excel format on need basis
  • Maintaining good relation with offices in different countries/states and support them as per needs.
  • Managing visit of international employees like travel, stay, local transportation etc in line with policies.
  • Managing office celebrations l like birthdays, office decorations on festivals like, Holi, Diwali, EID, Christmas etc., farewell of employees, gift arrangements as per need. Other event Management when required.
  • Supervising House keeper.


IT Support
  • Server room AC annual maintenance renewal. Regular services of AC in the server room and printer etc.
  • Ensure an adequate supply of office pantry items like mineral water, Tea/Office material, Snacks and cold drinks/ Juices etc with top product quality.
  • Support Manager Administration with Annual/ Half Yearly Audit for any admin related.
Daily News letter for India with proper coverage from various

news sources, organizing in the logical flow in consultation and approval from BO Team.

:

  • Supporting HR team in setting up a meeting for training and development.
  • Coordinating and arranging employee wellbeing and engagement activities.
