Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify potential areas for business growth and expansion.

Sales Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing progress, achievements, and challenges.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and uptodate client information.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
