Roles & Responsibilities

  • 48 Years Experience in BD, Tendering, preferably in EPC projects for Oil&Gas or Chemicals Sector.
  • Study tender's Scope of Work, Pre-Qualification Criteria, Payment Terms etc. and presentation of tender synopsis report to management for their decision of Bid or No Bid.
Identify and Evaluate the tender, Market Analysis, Early identification of Opportunities, Competitor Analysis

  • Conducting business meetings with prospective clients / Consultants/ Industry veterans as well as Continuous Coordination and maintaining sustainable relationships with Clients.
  • Attend Pre bid meeting and build client relationship
  • Floating enquiries to vendors for various supplied items to get best quotations/offers, which eventually help us to prepare cost effective bid.
  • Help in understanding winning bids and post mortem of tenders.
  • Ensure Complete documentation adherence and fulfilment of operational tasks to participate in the tender.
  • Preparing Project Synopsis as well as Assessing Technical Risk Analysis/ Evaluation to seek approval from the Management for proceedings approval
  • Responsible for preparation of Techno-Commercial proposal/ offers as well as support cost estimation as per RFQ requirement and Submission of Proposal/ Bid (Online/ Physical) within stipulated time.
  • Identification of JV partners, Ensure tasks with dependencies on other teams, i.e. finance or JV partner, etc.
  • Prepare bids as and when required, follow up and Submit Bid/Tender on time.
