Project Design

Understand the userbusiness requirements and regulatory requirements from design and qualityperspective and share the same
Gather inputs fromother functions including EHS within the organization to prepare standardtechnical specifications
Conduct primary andsecondary research to gather market data and best practices related to constructiondesigns
Proactivelyidentify opportunities to upgrade design technologies and project managementtechniques and share the same
Designin conducting preliminary assessment on existing infrastructure facilities

Budgets, tendering &contracting

Forecast the amount of work to be executed and hence plan the cash flows Collaborate and co-ordinate with Contracts & Purchase Team for BOQs, tenders and contracts related issue

Vendor Management & Payables:

Monitor milestones against project plan Review and approve first-level sign off on the measurement sheets, payments

Quality & Safety

Ensure implementation of construction QA/ QC processes Assist in quality & safety audits at sites

Compliance & Audits

Ensureadherence to all systems & processes as required by the organization
