Position Overview:

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our mobile applications. You will work closely with our cross-functional team of designers, developers, and product managers to create compelling visual designs that align with user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across different platforms (iOS, Android, Website, Digital, and Industrial).

Create a polished visual language with the appropriate look and feel to communicate an idea or information through individual graphics.

Develop visual concepts to enhance the user experience and meet the company's goals.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Develop graphical elements, icons, and visual assets for use in mobile apps, maintaining consistency in design language and branding guidelines.

Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product managers to translate user requirements and business objectives into effective design solutions.

Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate and improve upon designs throughout the development cycle.

Ensure that designs are accessible and responsive, meeting the needs of users with disabilities and adapting to various screen sizes and resolutions.

Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality of visual design work.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience 7+ years working as a visual designer, preferably in the mobile app development industry.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Substance 3D, Adobe After Effect.

Additional support in Motion design and Animations.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools is a plus.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

A portfolio showcasing previous visual design work, with a focus on mobile app design projects.
