About the Job:

Are you ready to take on the role of a Senior Manager Pricing where you will be at the core of developing and executing pricing strategies that drive profitability and align with business goals? Join our team and play a pivotal part in understanding market dynamics, competitor actions, and cost structures to make well-informed decisions on pricing. As the Pricing Manager, you will collaborate across teams to ensure our pricing strategies complement our sales, marketing, and product objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that resonate with business objectives.
  • Analyze market conditions, competition, and customer behavior to optimize pricing.
  • Prepare financial reports for management review and approval.
  • Stay updated on industry trends impacting pricing decisions.
  • Conduct financial analysis to enhance profitability.
  • Perform comprehensive pricing analysis using data and research.
  • Utilize pricing models to simulate different scenarios.
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate pricing effectiveness.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to track pricing trends.
  • Review competitor strategies and suggest adjustments for competitiveness.
  • Price BPO deals and create proposals for client submissions.
  • Identify market opportunities and risks to guide pricing choices.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure pricing alignment.
  • Work with product managers to incorporate pricing strategies.
  • Set and adapt prices based on market conditions and objectives.
  • Implement pricing changes accurately and timely.
  • Establish and uphold pricing policies and guidelines.
  • Support sales teams in pricing negotiations.
  • Develop pricing structures for contracts and agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in pricing management, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in pricing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with pricing software is advantageous.
