  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management and Platform activities.

Project Management

Project integration:
Defining the "Project sheet", Project Management Plan, managing scope changes.

Scope:
Defining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), validating conformity and raising discrepancies(if any), during the project.

Identifying activities, estimating required resources, building and managing the schedule.

Costs:
Estimating costs, setting budget, chargebacks ensuring follow-up.

Defining the quality plan, implementing quality assurance and ensure quality control.
