Job Summary :

  • The Power BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
  • The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis, report creation, ETL processes, and a good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and paginated reports.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain data models and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Integrate Power BI reports with various data sources, including SQL databases, Excel, and other thirdparty applications.
  • Optimize Power BI dashboards and reports for performance and usability.
  • Provide support and training to endusers on Power BI tools and reports.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest Power BI features and updates.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with data governance policies.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Power BI development.
  • Proficiency in creating complex reports, dashboards, visualizations, and paginated reports using Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
  • Experience with ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Experience with any of the ETL tool like SSIS, ADF, Alteryx, Talend
  • Good understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with other BI tools (e. g., Tableau, QlikView) is a plus.
  • Understanding of cloudbased data solutions such as Azure.
