Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build research
  • Deliver in the creative process of market survey, cult user surveys, interaction and feedback date collection and conversion through design.
-Sketching the seasonal linesheet for all the collection Men/women
  • Running/ Training/Yoga/ Ath.Conduct frequent Cult store user surveys for understanding product feedback.Execution of techpack with all the details and churning out any changes at the time of development on tech sheet/vendor base requirement at the time of development.Maintaining product development tracker, attribute sheet tracker, catalog shoot tracker.Maintaining the library for fabric/lab dips/ approvals of the strike offs.
Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies

Bachelor's degree in design, Fashion, and/or a relevant field of study, preferably Knitwear design.
Passionate about sport and sportswear design.

Minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in the fashion, sportswear, or teamsport space, specializing in Apparel.
Proficiency and refinement in all stages of presentation, from concept to final design review.
Broad knowledge of apparel manufacturing and prototype making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong knowledge of fabrics, with knowledge of graphics being ideal.
Strong MAC, CAD, and analytical skills, with 3D knowledge being an advantage.
Ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group.
Leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and mentor others within the workgroup.
Technical and aesthetic understanding, as well as knowledge and experience with functionalTremendous attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills.
Team player with the ability to adapt to change quickly and with minimum supervision.
