We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join us at our Bangalore office.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Product Management and a passion for creating innovative solutions in the ride-hailing industry.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and success of our products.Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Develop detailed product requirements and specifications.
Prioritize product features, set development timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor product performance and metrics to ensure objectives are met.
Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead the product launch process, including go-to-market strategies and post-launch analysis.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or ride-hailing industry.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
