Job Profile Summary Responsible for serving across a variety of projects or a work stream of projects. Responsible for analyzing and translating strategic plans/needs and industry trends to map out how a business should function and determine capability gaps. Assist in developing and expand capability strategy by internal development of the existing platform or by supporting the sales process with clients in developing/designing operating models and functional/client architecture and through new clients. Assist in creation of cross functional Value Stream Mapping and Capability Matrix for major domains within Asset Servicing Provide guidance around business analysis to support the business strategy using modeling methods. Partner with IT in developing an IT framework/product. Provide vision to project teams, resolving cross domain functional issues and alligning project work to the vision/functional designs provided. This role is client-facing (works with external asset managementpanies) and internally focused (works with technology partners and operational areas), with the objective of engaging with clients to accurately articulate business requirements and understand and solve business problems in order to provide robust and integrated solutions. Job Description Major Duties :
1. Multi-disciplinary candidate with hands on technical and / or business knowledge and functional expertise
2. Focus of role is on execution of strategic direction of business function activities
3. Carries outplex initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues
4. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
Knowledge :
• Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills are required
• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Leadership and organizational skills are required to determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and to assess and develop the skills of staff.
High level business understanding of securities markets, Reconciliations and related systems preferred.
Experience :
Qualifications - Internal
Experience
•24 months as a Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant to move as a Consultant.
•Movement within TL and Consultant is 12 months
Prior experience in Business Analysis and or Project Management type role.
Experience of data analysis including data mapping
Prior experience having worked in a Global Custody and/or Securities Servicing environment
Experience of working in a large multiyear global transformation project
A College or University degree and/or some relevant work experience is preferred.
BA, PM and Agile certifications are encouraged
Seasoned expert with extensive technical and business knowledge and functional expertise that has been developed over 6+ years and/or equivalent experience
