Requirements:

Proven 1+ year experience as an IT Recruiter, HR consultant, or a similar role.

  • Experience to develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies.
  • Familiar with sourcing techniques.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge of referral programs.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Exceptional recordkeeping skills.
  • Good time management skills.
