Decimal Technologies ( is a leading fintech in India with all major banks as its customers for its platform and digital solutions. Decimal also has a lending marketplace supercharging digitization of offline channel and enhancing credit access in India.

Vahana is a "No Code Application Development (NCAP)" platform built and perfected by Decimal Technologies over course of last 8 years. Solutions build on Vahana platform are used by most major banks and NBFC's in India. Vahana is now ready to go for international expansion and be available for other system integrator firms to use for fast tracking their application development and enjoy the benefits.

Key Responsibilities:-

1.Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies tailored to target banks and financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to identify key accounts and create personalized marketing plans.

2.Market Research:

  • Conduct deep research on the banking sector in the target markets to identify the challenges and build messaging to address the challenges.
  • Map the right stakeholders to be able to build the right reach and frequency with them.
  • Identify unique challenges to each bank for creating campaigns that resonate.

3.Campaign Management:

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns to engage and nurture target accounts.
  • Utilize various marketing tactics including email, content marketing, social media, webinars, and events to reach decision-makers and influencers within target banks.

4.Content Creation:

  • Develop compelling and relevant content that addresses the specific needs and pain points of target accounts.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure messaging is aligned with the overall marketing strategy and resonates with the banking audience.

5.Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of ABM campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Use data-driven approaches to refine targeting, messaging, and strategies to maximize ROI.

6.Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts to drive engagement and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in account-based marketing, preferably within the software industry targeting banks.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful ABM campaigns that drive revenue and growth.
  • Deep understanding of the banking industry, including key challenges, regulatory environment, and buying behaviour.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and ABM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
