Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring implementation plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes. Responsible to track project changes and produces updated project schedules as agreed with project stakeholder/lead.
  • Ensure that all team members understand the scope of the project as well as what they are individually responsible for including deadlines.
  • Communicating relevant information to all team members, such as change in schedule dates, changes in the project's requirements, unexpected barriers etc.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

Required Skill:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
  • Certified associate in project management or Project Management Professional preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results required.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
  • Demonstration of a high level of personal initiative and ability to interact with a diverse group of company personnel.
  • Ability to research, compile, coordinate, review, document, organize, verify data, conduct independent analysis and identify inconsistencies.
