Sales and marketing executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and sales executive to join our team. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and driving brand awareness. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products/services.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, customer needs, and competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content, graphics, and videos for marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including website content and social media profiles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets.
  • Assist in the development of marketing budgets and track expenditures.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to update management on marketing activities and results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Marketing), Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- knowledge of marketing in educational field preferred

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and a strong understanding of branding principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
Office timing: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: 20000 to according to experience) + incentive
