Responsibilities
JD:
- 8+ years of experience in Data projects, particularly in Banking Domain
- Able to perform Gap/Root cause analysis
- Hands-on Business Analysis skills with experience writing Functional Specifications
- Capable of converting Business use cases to Mapping sheet of Source to Target & performing Functional validation
- Able to work independently
- Experience in Data Management projects (Data lake/Data warehouse)
- Ability to debug prod failures and provide root cause solutions
- Knowledge of SQL/RDBMS concepts and Shell Scripting
- Worked on Data warehousing/ETL projects for Data validations
- Strong analytical/troubleshooting skills to meet business requirements
- Understanding of Agile process is an advantage
- Effective team player with the ability to work autonomously and in a team with a cross-cultural environment
- Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with stakeholders
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with team members, Paris counterparts, and work independently
- Responsible & Accountable for delivering Functional Specifications, Wireframe docs, RCA, Source to Target Mapping, Test Strategy Doc & other BA artifacts as required by the project delivery
- Understand business requirements and engage with Business users
- Write mapping documents from User stories
- Follow project documentation standards
- Have a strong knowledge of SQL
- Analyze Production data and derive KPIs for business users
- Follow Agile methodology and be able to act as a Proxy Product owner
- Proficient in Jira & Confluence for project work
Profile required
