Lead Service Analyst

Responsibilities
- Deploy, execute and enhance Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes for the Business Process/Business chain.
- Implement ITIL best practices and methodologies. Recommend changes to current processes and contribute to the development of new models/processes.
- Handle production issues from incident detection, resolution to Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and follow-up, including publishing Post Mortems.
- Create, publish, and oversee process documentation and reports.
- Monitor, assess, and promote process enhancements and issues. Ensure adherence to process standards.
- Generate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
- Conduct controls at specified intervals with precision.
- Lead the establishment, execution, and monitoring of efficient governance with all regional stakeholders.
- Conduct trend analysis and propose enhancements in innovation and modernization.
Profile required
Experience Requirement: 6 to 9 Years
Skilled in managing escalations and Problem Management.
Conduct stakeholder meetings with detailed analysis on trends, proactive measures, and post-incident reviews & all Problem Management aspects.
