We are in search of a skilled professional to join the Commercial Banking - GTRF Services team.

Job Introduction:

The role involves overseeing transaction management, multiple processing or checker teams across various scopes, which could span a country, region, or even globally within HSBC. Duties may encompass account servicing, client onboarding, payments, sanctions screening, internal business services, internal transactions, and credit services.

The job entails the following key responsibilities:

  • Assisting in managing teams involved in transaction processing and verification
  • Assisting in overseeing reconciliation, audit activities, and handling escalated issues
  • Ensuring tasks adhere to Service Level Agreements and all relevant regulations
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supervising work schedules, resources, and budget planning for the unit
  • Equipping the unit with necessary systems, resources, and expertise to achieve objectives

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Post Graduate Degree
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience with 3 to 5 years in Trade Operations
  • Thorough understanding of Internal Processes, FEMA, and RBI Regulations related to GTRF transactions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on solutions and operational control
  • Excellent people management abilities

Additional Information:

  • Completion of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training is mandatory
  • Offered position: GCB 5 or GCB 6 based on candidate's skills and experience
