  • Managing Employee Relations through continuous interaction
  • Assisting line managers in performance improvement activities
  • Planning Engagement activities
  • Coordinating Performance management and Appraisals
  • Managing HRIS tools
  • Handling Exit Management
  • Creating HR Dashboards
  • Providing dashboards/analytics to business heads/department heads
  • Implementing measures to retain good employees and high potential talents
  • Ensuring Statutory Compliance status
  • Evaluating and improving HR Practices
  • Designing, updating, and sharing HR policies & processes
  • Guiding employees during crisis situations
  • Implementing effective HR Plan aligned with Business Plan
  • Driving CSR agenda through various programs

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate in MBA (HR)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong multitasking, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • 2-3 years' experience in HR role
  • Bengaluru based candidates preferred
