What You Will Do:

· Develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, ads, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.

· Lead design projects from concept to completion, including ideation and storyboarding.

· Brainstorm ideas and provide feedback within the creative team.

· Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and software, sharing knowledge with the team.

· Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

· Collaborate with external vendors for project execution.

· Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

· overseeing creative projects and making key decisions during the project

What We're Looking For:

· Master's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.

· 5-7 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a creative agency or in-house team.

· Strong portfolio with diverse design work in print and digital media.

· Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite.

· Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

· Creative thinking and ability to develop design solutions.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Exceptional time management under pressure.

· Experience in video editing, motion graphics, or UX/UI design is a plus.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about design.
