  • 5+ years of infographic design experience preferred; able to provide blinded examples from portfolio.
  • PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other relevant software experience such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.
  • Ability to work with multimedia content.
  • Ability to communicate with project teams as well as with operations and senior staff.
  • Creative, innovative, and analytical thinker.
  • Ability to make decisions and take on responsibility.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and still meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and US East Coast hours 8:30 – 5:00 PM EST.

Educational requirements:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's and MBA a plus.
This is an exciting role and would entail you to

  • Enhance the visual appeal of our documents (multiple templates) to create engaging, well-designed, on-brand deliverables.
  • Improve clarity and readability of content.
  • Apply information design best practices to Illustrate data in most digestible form bringing the most important point to the forefront.
  • Illustrate in ways that enable us to take an idea, concept, or theme and carry it through the by weaving it creatively throughout the presentation.
  • Customize graphics, icons, and visual elements to support content and engage the reader/audience.
  • Develop creative elements and animations to enhance presentation stickiness and uptake of ideas.
  • Maintain consistency in design across all slides within a given document.
  • Incorporate our (and/or client's) branding elements (logo, color palette, etc.)
  • Up-level to most professional, appearance
  • Provide trainings/training materials and "tips & tricks" to project teams along the way.
  • Partner to support a variety of presentation types, including:–Market research PPT reports–Executive PPT presentations–Conference PPT presentations–Proposals PPT format–Capability presentations PPT format–Organizational announcements–Posters/infographics–Ability to assist with Word and Excel document beautification is a secondary need
