Client Services Coordinator

We are working closely with one of the world's leading FMCG brands and one of the most prestigious contracts in the POS and Display sector.

TMS's Global family now has a fantastic opportunity for Client Services Coordinator to join our client team in Mumbai, India on a permanent basis.


About the role


As the Client Services Coordinator, you will be based out of our clients' offices in Mumbai and will be key in supporting our client services team, perform day-to-day administrative tasks, which will range from processing invoices / billings, liaising with vendors on behalf of the client services team, updating the relevant systems.

As well as, effectively managing the expectations and service requirements of a number of stakeholders, including colleagues, external customers and vendors.

The role is varied so a versatile, positive, energetic individual is certainly key for this position.

Some day-to-day responsibilities

  • Keeping the system updated and notifying the teams of any changes
  • Support with all administration tasks
  • Raising purchase orders and ensuring these are correct
  • Checking supplier invoices and managing expectations
  • General team support in any other area that by be needed

About you


If you are from an administrative and processing background and have any experience in a customer coordination / service role we feel this could be a great fit.

Any additional experience / knowledge in the finance or procurement industry would also be beneficial

Some other key attributes would be:

  • Coming from an administration role and use to working to tight deadlines
  • From a customer service background and use to managing a rage of stakeholders
  • Able to work within a team or as an individual
  • Organised and have problem solving skills
  • Fluency in English, written and verbal, any additional language skills are beneficial
  • Experience within accounts receivable or accounts payable / billing would be beneficial
