We operate around 10 retail outlets and offer more than 30 different products, including khari, toast, cookies, cakes, breads, buns, and khakra.

In addition to our own retail locations, our products are distributed throughout other districts in Maharashtra. We have a strong reputation for quality, and our customers are willing to pay for premium products.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Pastry Chef at Jai Jalaram Food Products, located in Ahmednagar. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating a diverse range of pastries, cakes, desserts, and chocolates.

Your daily duties will involve developing new recipes, decorating pastries and cakes, preparing French desserts and couverture chocolates, managing inventory, and ensuring that the quality and presentation of our products meet our high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of pastry baking techniques and ingredients
• Creativity and attention to detail in pastry decoration
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Food safety and hygiene certification
• Availability to work in Ahmednagar
