Job Title: Senior Decision Designer
Location: Bangalore-Manyata Tech Park
Business & Team:
Technology Team is responsible for the world leading application of technology and operations across every aspect of CommBank, from innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business. We also use technology to drive efficient and timely processing, an essential component of great customer service.
The Chief Data Analytics Office (CDAO) provides specialized data services and platforms for the CommBank group & is accountable for developing Group's data strategy, data policy & standards, governance and set requirements for data enablers/tools. The team is also accountable to facilitate a community of practitioners to share best practice and build data talent and capabilities.
Impact& Contribution:

This position and its team will work on the Decision Strategy Framework, Assist decision analysts in their day to day activities, Asses Functional Requirements, Reporting, and Simulation & Control Requirements, support Marketing Transformation, Channel Transformation, Enablement of Analytical Modelling, guide and improve Proposition Design and Decision Strategy Design.

Managing and working closely with stakeholders and requirements to ensure your business plan is reflective of the business priorities, and also manage your own pipeline with strong stakeholder engagement.

Executing on the Customer Decisioning Strategy and developing and delivering on your own business plan for you and your team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
You will be expected to perform the following tasks and responsibilities in a manner consistent with CBA's Values and People Capabilities.
Core Responsibilities:

Design and development PEGA application from end to end from inspection to deployment. Knowledge on PEGA Customer Decision Hub uses Next-Best-Action Designer, predictive analytics, and adaptive analytics in 1:1 customer engagement across inbound and outbound channels to create, simulate, and analyze real-time, next-best-action decision strategies. Build and Support the Business as usual, improving the change in the existing application using pega Pega Dev hands-on PEGA platform, generates application code by using the rules that describe how the application functions. Role model the CBA vision and values and build a strong team culture that drives employee engagement Risk: Operate within the CBA Group risk appetite and effectively manage strategic and operational risk related to data. Adhere to the. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behavior, actions and decisions we expect from our people.

Stakeholder management – advanced ability and extensive experience managing large and varied stakeholder groups across levels, and influencing group-wide change Leadership – advanced ability influencing varied stakeholder groups, and inspiring large, diverse group of data and analytics professionals around a vision and a unified way to consume data Communication – expert oral and written communication skills with ability to lead discussions with a varied stakeholder across levels Problem solving – advanced conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex information for key insights and present as meaningful information to senior management Risk Mindset – All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks.

Experience-

Minimum work experience of 5+ years on PEGA Decisioning and Case management. worked on the Pega Platform Design, Application Design, Data Model Design, Security Design and Reporting Design in pega application. Certified in PEGA System Architect, PEGA System Architect, PEGA Senior System Architect, PEGA Decisioning Consultant Knowledge of how to use SQL and PEGA application. Sound problems solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:
Essential:

A degree in Engineering / Computer Science or a related discipline. 5+ years of SDLC Professional experience Certified PEGA Decisioning Consultant Certified PEGA System Architect Certified PEGA Senior System Architect SQL Knowledge across the Pega PRPC framework, either Case Management or Decisioning & Marketing is desirable.
