Team Leader - LivNest Real Estate Advisory

Job Summary:


The Team Leader at LivNest will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing a team of real estate professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our home seeker clients .

This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of the real estate industry to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of real estate consultants.
  • Set clear objectives, allocate tasks, and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to encourage productivity and professional development.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop customized solutions and strategies to meet client requirements.

Product Training:

  • Initiating/Conducting product or market training for all team members and ensuring that the team stays updated on new project launches and has in depth knowledge of all the projects in the existing market ranging from their configurations to payment plans.

Market Analysis and Research:

  • Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.
  • Conduct market research, analysis, and feasibility studies to provide insights and recommendations to clients
  • Utilize market data and analytics to support decisionmaking and formulate effective strategies for clients.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing client relationships and new market segments.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop business development strategies and initiatives.
  • Participate in client pitches, presentations, and networking events to promote the firm's services and capabilities.

Weekly performance review:

  • Managers are responsible to conduct weekly performance review for all of its team members in order to identify their weak areas and train them accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (4 years) in a real estate consultancy firm or similar role, with a track record of team leadership and project management.
  • Indepth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market dynamics, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a highperforming team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional certifications are a plus.
