Key responsibilities:

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to address challenges and establish a strong talent pipeline for GHX's Tech teams through various channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals, research, events, and social mediaCollaborate with hiring managers to grasp technical hiring requirements and devise customized recruitment approachesIdentify and attract passive candidates using innovative sourcing methods and assist them in envisioning a career at GHXEfficiently handle multiple job openings and candidates during busy periods while ensuring a positive candidate experienceWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their teams and objectivesUtilize a range of sourcing techniques including online platforms, networking events, and employee referrals to attract suitable candidatesReview resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' technical competencies, experience, and cultural alignmentCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and positive processManage the candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to team managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment journeyCultivate and sustain relationships with technical communities, universities, and industry experts to expand our talent poolKeep abreast of the latest trends in Salesforce, data, and integration technologies to effectively source and engage potential candidatesEnsure meticulous data entry in Greenhouse (ATS) and other recruiting tools

Minimum requirements for the role:

5+ years of experience in technical recruiting/sourcing within a dynamic settingDemonstrated ability to establish, assess, and optimize workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment teamPrior experience in recruiting for IT, Product-based companies, eCommerce, and Data EngineeringMaster's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldTrack record as a successful Technical Recruiter in a fast-paced environmentThorough knowledge of technical skills, tools, and programming languages pertinent to software developmentOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build connections with candidates and hiring teamsStrong organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Green House or equivalent, as well as other recruitment tools such as LinkedinAdaptability to changing priorities and thrive in a collaborative team settingExperience working with diverse candidate pools and advocating for diversity and inclusion in recruitment effortsFlexibility to work exclusively from the Hyderabad office
