E2E Solution Architect is responsible for E2E Ownership of Solution part of the BSS Transformation Program driving different Activities within Project from Frontend/CRM Solution Aspects, Order Management and Billing Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drives client requirements sessions and provides the mapping of client needs to internal product components, identifies custom development/services.
Coordinates client services, and technical delivery/management teams regularly in the support of client enhancement or build projects.
Building HLD and technical solution design for BSS systems.
Develops technical deliverables in support by working with other architects to create other artifact such as Data models , Context/Data flow diagrams , Infrastructure diagrams, Architectural and/or Interface diagramsDefining scope and designing solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions Provide high level estimates as part of the design.
Analyses customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysisMigration of Net Cracker BSS to another COTS productEnd to End Migration Experience of BSS Full StackServe as the point of contact for BSS solution components and partners with business stakeholders, management, teams, and customers to identify needs and guide the delivery of cost-effective, high-performance solution.
Provide expert technical consultancy, design leadership, and participate in developing level-of-effort estimations of solutions.Netcracker ExperienceProvides thought leadership to portfolio.
Prioritises, develops, and documents technical best practices and standards; champions them within the organisationContributes to the design and continued improvement of the product.
Provides hands-on troubleshooting and consulting for solution performance challenges or project delivery concerns if neededRecommends and evaluates new marketing technology products and service offerings.
Participates in technical roadmap assessment projects, following engagement methodologies in place.
Technical skill you should haveExperience in designing and driving end to end Solution for BSS Solutions including Full Stack BSS Components in a Telecom environment.
Pre-sales and Delivery Experience as Solution architect in several Telecom BSS projectsProven ability to E2E Ownership of Solution part of the BSS Transformation Program driving different Activities within Project from Solution Aspects and participate in activities such as Solution Analysis, HLD/LLD Preparation, Solution and Integration Architecture Definition, User Acceptance Testing etcStrong experience in leading the Technical Team involving SMEs, System Integrators and Partner resources in different phases of the project and work together with Program Manager to ensure successful delivery of BSS ProgramsProven experience in Telcom BSSExcellent in interfacing with multiple internal and customer stakeholders for given solution related discussions.
Proficiency in developing technical presentations and proposals, perform customer presentations.Experience working on Cloud Native and SaaS offerings.
Experience as an Architect in building solutions that are distributed, highly available and scalable, microservice-based architectureExperience in one or more open-source Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Quartz, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, BPM, etc.
Solution deployment experience with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Proficient in any of the following database systems:
Document-oriented DB ex. Couchbase DB/MongoDBRDBMS ex. MYSQL, PostgreSQL, OracleNOSQL DB ex. Elasticsearch
