  • MIS reporting and dashboard management.
  • Information collection, collating and preparation of reports for the management.
  • Prepare and track minutes of meeting and action point across various projects.
  • Coordinate with all departments, PMC as per requirements for the management.
  • Track changes with respect to the design and/or construction work and create data and MOMs.
  • Review and present change/variation statements to the management periodically.
  • Ability to motivate direct reports and partners to drive success.
  • Ability to lead different departments for coordination with multiple projects.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Fill the coordination gaps between the departments and management to get the expectations delivered.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set SMART timeframes.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management for different projects,
  • Monitor project progress schedule and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance test.
  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects and sharing feedback, Providing detailed updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs.
  • Prepare progress reports for management.
  • Have indepth knowledge of new systems and materials and building codes and regulations.
  • Fill the coordination gaps between the departments and management to get the expectations delivered.

B.E/ B.Tech in civil engineering from class A institute. NICMAR or Post Graduation will be an added advantage.
