Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements and design briefs.
  • Utilize design software and technologies, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop, to create images, layouts, graphics, animations, gifs, and static creatives.
  • Study design briefs, schedule projects, and define budget constraints.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the team and stakeholders.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs with attention to detail and aesthetics.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce final designs and ensure consistency across various media.
  • Test graphics across different platforms and amend designs based on feedback.
  • Ensure that final graphics and layouts meet quality standards and align with the company's brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
  • Minimum 3 years of graphic designing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphics.
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, with a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate ideas to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work methodically, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
