**Job Description - Graphic Designer**

This position will have responsibilities related to **Graphic Designing **to serving **Aimler Solutions** and **its affiliates** as Aimler Solutions clients. The position will be located in Noida, India.

**Job Duties/ Responsibilities**:

- **Formulate tactical plan development** and recommendations for **branding of product lines including logo, and other marketing materials**:

- Responsible for gathering the research and data needed of competitors brands and market trends on various brands
- Responsible for **creation of graphics artwork/ design** in alignment of branding concepts. This includes **developing artwork of logo, graphics on products, and packaging (boxes, labels, outer cartons), and other marketing materials**:

- Design all marketing materials product catalog, marketing brochures and flyers photos, videos, layout of visual graphic of website etc.
- **Development of brochures** more than 20+ pages as well as short version, digital flyers of e-commerce listings in consistent with company’s branding
- Development and recommendation of optimizations and/or testing plans of visual lay out of products and its listings on e-commerce platforms
- Responsible for taking photographs of products in indoor / third party studios and outdoor settings
- **Responsible for making videos for products**:

- Take full ownership of all products images (online and print) across all channels
- **Help sales team formulate responses to key strategic customers including marketing materials **and recent updates of the company, and coordinate with teams to enhance all marketing aspects of products and their sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing teams for content of the products, proof read for all printed and online materials and product listings
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas marketing teams as needed
- Be a team player and attend tradeshow or conferences as required and conduct administrative or customer service responsibilities as and when needed

**Qualifications**:

- A four-year degree, preferably in graphic design or related field
- Prior experience in consumer or product based industry or e-commerce experience is required
- 5+ Years of experience.
- Advance working knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator and InDesign** as well as strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience developed **multi-page catalogs with 1000+ SKU's**:

- Experience with **product and brand photography and videography**:

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational **skills, entrepreneurial attitude, and a proactive business style**:

- Exceptional business case analysis, planning and project management
- **Strong copy writing and layout skills**:

- Ability to organize and maintain file structure for all digital assets

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Shift Timing**: Night Shift Only

**Location**: Noida

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
