Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Curation:
- Develop engaging content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for all three entities.
- Curate relevant content from industry sources and influencers to share across platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with branding guidelines and tone for each entity.
- Create compelling content to drive engagement.

Social Media Management:
- Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including posting, monitoring, responding to comments/messages, and interacting with the audience.
- Regularly update social media calendars with scheduled posts and campaigns.
- Stay informed about social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to enhance performance.

Community Engagement:
- Foster a community spirit by engaging with followers, addressing their inquiries, and acknowledging their feedback.
- Encourage user-generated content and promote conversations on relevant topics.
- Monitor online discussions related to the brands and respond appropriately.

Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams or agencies to create appealing visual assets and ad copies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.

Platform Expansion :
- Establish and manage additional social media channels like LinkedIn, Wikipedia, etc., for all three entities.
- Optimize profiles with relevant information, keywords, and visuals to increase visibility and credibility.

- Enhance followers, likes, comments, and shares across all social media platforms.
- Improve engagement rates through meaningful interactions and compelling content.

Brand Visibility and Reputation:
- Boost brand visibility through regular posting of pertinent content and active participation in industry dialogues.
- Uphold a positive brand image by promptly and professionally addressing customer inquiries and feedback.

Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Drive leads via strategic social media campaigns and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to monitor and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Content Quality and Consistency:
- Ensure top-notch content that resonates with the target audience while reflecting the brand's values and messaging.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep followers engaged and informed.

Campaign Effectiveness and ROI:
- Evaluate social media campaign performance in terms of reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Identify successful strategies and areas for improvement to enhance future campaigns and optimize results.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in various social media platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
