1.Explore and opennew dealer counters to expand the overall sustainable salepotential in the territorialmarket.

2.Distributor/Dealer relationshipmanagement.

3.Developingdealer net waiting in allMaharashtra.

4.Developing andestablishing newCustomers.

5.Organizepromotional activations and product awareness meets for dealers andcontractors.

6.Track and solvedealer queries timely to maintain a productiverelationship.

7.Assist dealersin providing the solution to their contractors as well as endconsumers for any complaints or queriesCollections.

8.Identifiedpercentage of Sales through PremiumDealer.

9.Increase salesthrough Sales PromotionActivities

10.Enabling directreports to perform and exceed their targets. And SalesPlanning.

11.Achieve assignedSales Collection & other receivableTargets.

12.Ensure plannedmarket visits for effective engagement with channel partners andcustomers.

13.Maintainingaccuraterecords.

14.Monitor theoutstanding payments on a regular basis and take measures tominimize the overdues.

15.Manage andmotivate team of direct reportees and ensure good performancereview mechanism of their KPPs( Key performanceparameters)
