Job Description:
As a Business Development Intern at Usurp Tech, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the exciting world of recruitment and staffing. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Utilize various channels for lead generation and expanding the client base
- Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and networking events
- Present Usurp Tech's services and value proposition to prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and expectations
- Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions for client requirements
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for building client relationships
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-driven approach
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with startup culture and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with HR technology and the recruitment industry is a plus
