What you'll get to do?

Develop campaign strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines. Campaign planning and execution: Create detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring smooth implementation and timely delivery. Messaging and content development: Develop compelling campaign messaging and content that resonates with the target audience. Ensure consistent messaging across all campaign touchpoints. Channel selection and management: Determine the most effective marketing channels for each campaign, such as social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and events. Oversee the execution and performance tracking of campaigns on these channels. Budget management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI). Monitor campaign expenses and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget. Performance tracking and analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and implement tracking mechanisms. Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to optimize performance and improve future campaigns. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing efforts. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in campaign management and digital marketing. Apply new knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

What you should have?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or a similar role. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using marketing automation and campaign management tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Knowledge of SaaS industry and B2B marketing is a plus
