Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team.

The Office Assistant will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our office by providing administrative assistance and ensuring that office facilities and supplies are maintained.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office filing systems and databases.

Facilities Management:

  • Monitor and maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment and facilities.
  • Order and stock office supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Arrange catering for meetings and events as requested.

Document Preparation:

  • Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Scan and file documents electronically as needed.

Data Entry and Record-keeping:

  • Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and other electronic systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with recordkeeping and documentation for HR and accounting purposes.

Support Team Projects:

  • Provide support to various teams and departments as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, events, and initiatives as assigned.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • 12 years of experience in an office support role or similar position.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay:
₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
