  • Define test cases, validation scenarios, and acceptance criteria to uphold the quality and dependability of mobile banking solutions, collaborating with QA engineers throughout the testing phase.
  • Offer continuous support and direction to development teams throughout the implementation process, clarifying requirements, addressing issues, and ensuring the timely rollout of mobile banking solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in the realm of mobile banking solution development, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to individuals without a technical background.

  • Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
