Manager - Credit Policy - Cross Sell

Policy Management:

  • Ownership of Credit Losses mitigation for X-Sell business
  • Regular Portfolio monitoring, including early Performance indicators
  • Identify and implement Policy actions aimed towards Credit Loss mitigation while ensuring Good book growth

Collections improvement:

  • Close engagement with Collections department, ensuring to provide additional inputs from Credit, with an aim to improve Collections Resolutions and Recoveries
  • Close monitoring on Collections data, Dispositions and feedback. Consume the same to identify Policy actions

Educational Minimum Qualification required:
B.Tech / or from a strong Quantitative discipline

  • Qualifications preferred: CA / MBA Finance

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 35 Years in similar industry

  • Retail Unsecured lending with Policy background ( preferably, on Unsecured Term-Loans )
