Position Summary with Job Responsibilities

Study of the existing IT landscape and applications and interact with all the stakeholders to understand the business requirements to prepare blueprint Lead and advice business process improvement on EC enablement initiatives Analyse complex business process requirements Effective project management to ensure timely delivery Gathering of functional requirements from internal stakeholders – employees/managers/leadership, HR – CoEs and Business HR Managers Managing core SF and interface development as per HR focus areas and HR calendar Driving HRIT projects - Master data elements in SF EC and Talent Management module in partnership with IT team Coordination and support in rolling out the communication plan of system changes, enhancements and business benefits to stakeholders. Managing the Reviews and monitor the project management from kick off – Requirement gathering - development – QA – UAT – Launch/Production Support the efforts towards benchmarking and bringing in best in class practices for master data elements, attribute maintenance and development. Supervising and monitoring the Application Development, Reporting and Analytics – EC Managing the development of interfaces and integration with SAP HCM System (Time & Payroll), tertiary applications and HR dashboards. Managing impact on interfaces to tertiary applications and HR dashboards. Support in effort to improve of productivity for HR managers Improve the productivity of HR operations through setting up the simple processes, standardization and its implementation in system Support in Formulating and enabling business cases and budget approvals proposals to bring in new elements in HCM Managing Role Based Permission for secured access and compliance
