Role & Responsibilities -
Ways to achieve Dental Quality Management in Clove Dental

  • Planning of Bimonthly audits by a dedicated team of Qualified Dental Surgeons(B.D.S /MHA) month on month on various parameters.
  • Reports and escalations shared on daily basis and actions taken accordingly.
  • The in-clinic audit is an assessment for clinical protocol following, Infrastructure upkeep,
financial compliance (mainly related to clinic cash), Feedback from the doctor, patient andassessor.

  • Assessment of training needs of the staff.
  • Assessment of emergency preparedness of the clinical staff (Code Blue, Code Red) in the form of conduction of quarterly mock drills.
  • Preparing dashboards and score cards as per treatments and outcome expected.
  • Reviewing clinical performance of doctors based on Three important criteria:Quality of DocumentationQuality of TreatmentQuality of Billing and invoicing
  • Analysis of the responses received from double blind system of peer reviewing of treatments.
  • Appraising the management regarding the outcome of analysis.
  • Level 2(Red Flags) cases reported to the Chief Clinical Officer for the further needful action.
  • Training for performance improvement in various areas.
  • Linking of Quality performance and scores to practitioner's reimbursement.

- l BDS with Masters in Healthcare management / Hospital administration

l In depth knowledge of dental procedures.
