Inside Sales Lead

Location:

Overview:
This role focuses on generating leads for the company's key Practice areas. Proficiency in /CRM /Sales management tool is essential, along with prior experience in executing campaigns on Lead Generation with primary Market Research. The ideal candidate should possess cold calling expertise and adeptness in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and qualifying leads effectively.Roles and Responsibilities:

This position demands exceptional conversational skills, a persuasive approach, and a collaborative demeanor when interacting with prospects to assess their current and future requirements. Prior experience in lead generation and inside-sales, particularly in the USA market, is crucial, with a background in service sales considered advantageous.

  • Understanding Product and Services Sales
  • Comprehension of business decision sales cycles and processes
  • Familiarity with account teams' strategy and objectives
  • Update knowledge of customers' product line, service offerings, current products, and technologies
  • Engage in Qualifying / Shortlisting Potential Clients in the USA through calls
  • Experience in presales of high-value products/services, predominantly in consulting and high-end IT sectors, via telephone, emails, etc.
  • Proven track record of telephone sales, notably in the US market
  • Collaborate with Marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to conduct digital/e-campaigns for lead generation and market outreach
  • Maintain and expand the prospect database
  • Ability to present and conduct demos is an added advantage


Qualifications:

Minimum 4 to 8 years of hands-on IT Sales experience (mandatory)

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or a related field
