The Media Ant is an 11-year-old platform for media discovery, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns. Job Description:

Inside Sales Team was established to empower The Media Ant to efficiently handle a large influx of new accounts while streamlining manual touchpoints. From overcoming old planning techniques to adopting automated media planning tools, we've embraced change as an opportunity for growth.

Your Primary responsibility in CST will be to proactively engage with the inbound leads and understand their advertising needs and requirements. You will harness automation in conjunction with internal tools to devise strategies and propose solutions that elevate the customer experience.

Key aspects of this role involve managing defined TAT to respond to emails & phone calls, provide solutions using

internal tools & messaging and aim at onboarding new clients. During this process, you will have maximum usage of automation and recording, updating of lead information, interactions, and sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system on a day to day basis.

Education/Job Experience Required: Any Graduation, MBA/ 2-5 years of experience in Inside sales (Preferred)

Location: Bangalore, Delhi

Day-to-Day Work:

1. Lead handling

o Respond to inbound emails using internal tools and pre-defined messaging

o Handling inbound calls and turning them into leads

o Lead qualification and assigning it to different teams

o Ensuring all leads are addressed

2. CRM management

o Maintain and update lead information on Freshsales (Sales CRM)

o Manage personal dashboard on the CRM to track and measure work

o Utilize all features of CRM to make the work efficient

3. Conversion of leads

o Work towards converting the leads assigned

o Track the assigned leads and carry out follow ups to convert into a sale

o Provide solution to customer to drive more conversion

4. Campaign execution

o Coordinate with internal team to book campaigns

o Provide the campaign execution and delivery details through internal dashboard to customers

o Engage with customer during and after the execution process

Must-Have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/ Business Development in B2B industry
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Has experience of new sales target

Good to Have:

  • Inside Sales Experience
